We provide interior renovation and construction-related services, including but not limited to:
 

• Electrical and plumbing installations

• Drywall construction and plastering

• Painting and finishing works

• Flooring and screed installation

• Ceiling systems (suspended and stretch ceilings)

• Demolition and debris removal

• Other interior renovation services as agreed per project
   

All services are provided based on individual agreements, quotations, and project specifications.

• All quotations are based on the information provided by the client at the time of request.

• Prices may change if project scope, materials, or conditions differ from initial assessment.

• A written agreement or confirmation may be required before work begins.

• Unless stated otherwise, all prices exclude VAT and additional unforeseen costs.

• Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, and client decisions.

• The client must ensure access to the property during agreed working hours.

• Any delays caused by the client or third parties may extend the project timeline.

The client agrees to:
 

• Provide accurate project information

• Ensure access to the work site

• Secure or remove personal belongings before work begins

• Obtain necessary permissions or approvals where required (e.g. building regulations, landlord approval)
   

We are not responsible for damage to unsecured or unprotected items on-site.

• Payment terms will be agreed before the start of the project.

• We may require an advance deposit before commencing work.

• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

• Materials may be supplied by us or the client, depending on agreement.

• We are not responsible for defects in client-supplied materials.

• If we supply materials, they remain our property until fully paid.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be confirmed in writing. Additional work may result in extra costs and extended timelines.

We provide a warranty on workmanship for services performed, unless otherwise specified.
 

The warranty does not cover:
 

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, moisture, or external factors

• Work performed by third parties after project completion
   

Warranty conditions may vary depending on the type of service.

We strive to deliver high-quality services; however:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues

• Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service

We follow standard health and safety practices on-site. The client must ensure that the work environment is safe and free from hazards not related to our work.

• Cancellation

• The client may cancel a project with written notice.

• Costs for work already completed and materials ordered must be paid.

• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage.

All content on this website (text, images, design) belongs to ULTIMA REMAP BG Ltd and may not be copied or used without permission.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.
